Finding Internet access in Tokyo
Consider 3 types of Internet access while in Tokyo, or any other part of Japan: If you need Internet access to write emails, send photos or help plan your next tour in Japan and do not have access at the accommodations you are staying at, you have a couple of choices:

(1) Rent a mobile phone rental with Internet connection
Note: If you are thinking of buying a cell phone while in Japan, this is not possible if you do not have an Alien Registration Card, since you will be asked for this card when you buy and register a phone with a network, like DoCoMo.If you are staying less than 90 days in Japan it is very good idea to purchase a prepaid phone rental. (2) Visit the nearest Internet Cafe
In Tokyo there are a couple major Internet Cafe franchises:- The Yahoo Japan Internet Cafe
- Manga Land (which have extensive collection of Manga - Japanese graphic comics)
- Kinko's Internet Cafe's & Copy
(3) WiFi - wireless Internet access
